I want to start off by saying thank you for providing such valuable coaching. I can't even remember how I came across dadstrength but was immediately drawn to the way you didn't try to sugar coat or shy away from the reality of life.
After a couple visits I decided to click on the need a coach link, not really sure what would happen and not expecting much. What i got, from your very first email, was a fucking wake up punch in the face.
As an expectant father I had been grappling with all of the upcoming changes that were in store and what it would ultimately mean for me, for my life. From the very first email, you made it very powerfully clear that it is up to me how this experience goes, either I can choose to do the work to give myself the best chance to get the outcome i want or I can look around for answers and hope someone else will somehow do the work for me and I will wind up with the results, the outcome associated with that.
I have been blown away by how personal this experience is for me, but also for you. I am inspired by how much effort you put towards helping ME expose MY demons, uncover what I am experiencing and help me find ways to take effective action. Its worth far more than any generic personal coaching or paying for something built to serve millions of people. I feel as if you take pride in your role of coaching ME, and just like any player who experiences that feeling, it amplifies my desires to do the work.
Your coaching has helped me see that I have the answers in me, I have what i need. It is not about building new skills I was afraid I dont have, its about finding ways to let The Savage in me out to use what I already have in me. I didnt realize how much shit I had piled on top of The Savage part of myself and it takes someone who has gone through it themselves to help me see that I can uncover that wonderful part of me. Your coaching has not been about making me feel better, or have more motivation today, your coaching is all about helping me change the trajectory of my life, one effort at a time. I cannot thank you enough for that.
I would not recommend your coaching to just anyone. I hate to say it but it is true. You dont make it super easy, you dont just give a plan and say if you just do this, everything will will be okay, because it is not super easy, because that is not how it works, a lot of people cannot accept that. A couple of years ago, I could not have accepted that either.
I would recommend your coaching to anyone who is willing to make it intensely personal, who is willing do the work, who recognizes the value in taking on a challenge today, and tomorrow and every day for the next 50 years and how powerful that could be.
Thanks Adam.

I found Dad's Strength through an article written about a famous guy we both follow on social media. This mutual guy we follow gave a shout out to the article and it's writer Adam Jones. I reached out and decided to friend him just to follow along on his journey of growth and self discovery. He reached out to me after we had exchanged a few comments back and forth and offered to help me through what was then a very challenging point in my life where I felt like I was in a make or break moment. It was right on time! Adam was able to help me dig right to the core of the things that I was stuck in, dissect what I was saying, and give me raw, real feedback and well thought on suggestions and direction on how to overcome the challenges I was faced with. It was a breath of fresh air to have him in my corner helping me sort through the puzzle pieces and actually take my point of view into consideration when giving feedback. He was able to ask the right questions and help me to realize that I wasn't out of my mind, just misdirected in my thinking. He really helped me turn things around! I am super grateful for all that he has provided as well as how much he has encouraged me to contribute. It was the best decision I've made yet on my journey to take him on as one of my mentors. I can't say thank you enough! A.C.
